What Utah’s pages say

Utah OED 'Program Status Update': 'The Utah Home Energy Rebate (HER) program is on hold until further notice.' OED submitted its application to DOE in December 2024; 'the DOE has not approved the application from Utah, nor those from numerous other state energy offices. As a result, no program funding will be distributed to the Utah OED until federal approval is granted.' Page metadata shows it was last modified July 10, 2025, so this status may be stale; it uses one name for both programs.

The Building Performance Association's June 2026 map, a trade-group source and the only national list since DOE stopped publishing one, lists Utah as “Applied & Funds Awarded (not launched)”.
