OED: 'Applications for the Indiana Energy Saver Program are NOW OPEN!' Launched May 14, 2025 with $182 million in federal funding; single application for both offerings at IndianaEnergySaver.com. OED notes its Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Mitigation Plan (the document DOE's 2026 Program Notices require) is pending DOE approval. Consumer alert: program contractors do not go door to door. The Building Performance Association's June 2026 map, a trade-group source and the only national list since DOE stopped publishing one, lists Indiana as “Applied & Rebates Available (launched)”.
