What Maryland’s pages say

MEA 'Program Status Update 9/30/26': states that have not launched, like Maryland, must revise and resubmit applications under DOE's updated guidance; 'On 9/30/26, MEA submitted updated applications for both IRA Home Energy Rebate Programs to DOE. The timeline for program launch remains dependent on when DOE reviews and approves these applications.'

The Building Performance Association's June 2026 map, a trade-group source and the only national list since DOE stopped publishing one, lists Maryland as “Applied & Funds Awarded (not launched)”.
