What New Jersey’s pages say

NJ Clean Energy Program page status: 'Under Development'. Quote: 'New Jersey's IRA Home Energy Rebate programs are currently in development and are not yet open for applications.' The state is finalizing implementation blueprints with DOE. Uses DOE's 2026 program names (HOMES, HEEHR). Eligibility, measures and amounts to be announced at launch; residents should not assume completed projects will qualify retroactively. Inquiry form and contact energyefficiency@bpu.nj.gov.

The Building Performance Association's June 2026 map, a trade-group source and the only national list since DOE stopped publishing one, lists New Jersey as “Applied & Funds Awarded (not launched)”.
