What Florida’s pages say

Florida expects approximately $346 million in federal funding; the two programs share one application. Portal: 'The HEEHR and HOMES programs are expected to launch in the future... Additional information on the program timeline will be made available soon.' FDACS Office of Energy page still uses the older names (HOMES 'Whole Home Rebates', HEAR) while the portal uses DOE's 2026 names.

The Building Performance Association's June 2026 map, a trade-group source and the only national list since DOE stopped publishing one, lists Florida as “Applied & Funds Awarded (not launched)”.
