Registration: 5-year parts limited warranty, including compressor and coil, if not registered within 90 days of installation, except where law bars the condition. Payne's 10/5-year split and 90-day rule are quoted from distributor listings; payne.com confirms 'Most Payne® products are covered with a 10-year parts limited warranty upon registration'.

Which rebates Payne and WeatherMaker models fit
Every model in these tables is ENERGY STAR certified, which is the federal equipment rule for the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates where your state runs them. 93 Payne and WeatherMaker outdoor models also meet ENERGY STAR Cold Climate, which several utility programs require. The 25C tax credit ended for heat pumps placed in service after December 31, 2025.
