ENERGY STAR lists 152 Moovair outdoor models certified for the US, 136 of them cold-climate, and its best certified pairing heats at a COP of 2.89 at 5°F.

Warranty
Registration: Registration is voluntary. Coverage runs 10 years and 6 months from the date of manufacture (residential). The compressor is covered as a part, plus a 2-year major-component unit-replacement allowance.
Labour: Manufacturer labour reimbursement for 90 days from installation, capped at set hours per claim and initiated by a licensed HVAC contractor
The warranty tells owners to register 'immediately' and says Quebec residents need not register for it to be valid. It sets no deadline or penalty for other provinces. Without proof of purchase or installation, coverage is deemed to start 120 days after the manufacture date.

Watch-outs
- Canadian warranty excludes labour and can't be transferred (except in Quebec); labour plans cost extra
- Claims must reach the Master Group within 30 days of the repair, and a licensed HVAC contractor must install the system
- In the US only Central-Moov ducted systems are offered; the ductless lines are Canada-only
- Moovair doesn't disclose its factory, and some marketing claims (e.g., '#1 shipped heat pump brand in Canada in 2024') are self-reported
Which rebates Moovair models fit
Every model in these tables is ENERGY STAR certified, which is the federal equipment rule for the Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates where your state runs them. 136 Moovair outdoor models also meet ENERGY STAR Cold Climate, which several utility programs require. The 25C tax credit ended for heat pumps placed in service after December 31, 2025.
