Moovair is made by Le Groupe Master (The Master Group), described as Canada's largest independently owned HVAC-R distributor, with long-term growth capital from Novacap. ENERGY STAR lists 151 Moovair outdoor models certified for Canada, 136 of them cold-climate, and its best certified pairing heats at a COP of 2.89 at −15°C (5°F).

Warranty
Registration: The warranty tells owners to register 'immediately' and says Quebec residents need not register for it to be valid. It sets no deadline or penalty for other provinces. Without proof of purchase or installation, coverage is deemed to start 120 days after the manufacture date.
Labour: Not included; optional 5- or 10-year labour plans are sold separately (third party) through the dealer
Registration is voluntary. Coverage runs 10 years and 6 months from the date of manufacture (residential). The compressor is covered as a part, plus a 2-year major-component unit-replacement allowance.

Watch-outs
- Canadian warranty excludes labour and can't be transferred (except in Quebec); labour plans cost extra
- Claims must reach the Master Group within 30 days of the repair, and a licensed HVAC contractor must install the system
- In the US only Central-Moov ducted systems are offered; the ductless lines are Canada-only
- Moovair doesn't disclose its factory, and some marketing claims (e.g., '#1 shipped heat pump brand in Canada in 2024') are self-reported
Which rebates Moovair models fit
136 Moovair outdoor models meet the cold-climate numbers NRCan publishes for its Eligible Products List (COP of at least 1.8 at −15°C at full output, 70% of rated capacity, a variable-speed compressor) on their ENERGY STAR ratings. That list decides Ontario's Home Renovation Savings rebate, Manitoba's, New Brunswick's, Yukon's and Newfoundland and Labrador's, and the federal National Heat Pump Rebate expected in early 2027.
