Mini-split and High-Efficiency systems: 5 years parts / 7 years compressor, starting from the purchase date. Essentials: 3/5 years (4/6 if registered). ICP-issued AC/heat pump condensers: 5 years parts instead of 10.
ACiQ didn't publish warranty terms for Canada on any page we could read on October 19, 2026. Get the warranty in writing with your quote.

Watch-outs
- ACiQ's own warranty requires the whole system to be 'installed, serviced, and diagnosed by an EPA-certified technician' and installed in the US, so DIY installs and Canadian installs fall outside it
- Register within 90 days of installation; otherwise coverage drops and runs from the purchase date. Labour is never reimbursed.
- Multiple R-410A ACiQ systems are still listed on ENERGY STAR and on ACiQ's central heat pump page. Confirm a current A2L model and that it can legally be installed.
- No Canadian retailers or dealers are listed
Which rebates ACiQ models fit
109 ACiQ outdoor models meet the cold-climate numbers NRCan publishes for its Eligible Products List (COP of at least 1.8 at −15°C at full output, 70% of rated capacity, a variable-speed compressor) on their ENERGY STAR ratings. That list decides Ontario's Home Renovation Savings rebate, Manitoba's, New Brunswick's, Yukon's and Newfoundland and Labrador's, and the federal National Heat Pump Rebate expected in early 2027.
