Not one of the seven organizations approved for Ontario's Home Renovation Savings assessment path. Its EnerGuide evaluations are official and still count for planning, financing and other programs, but only assessments from the seven HRSP-approved organizations qualify for the $600 rebate and the assessment-path upgrade rebates.

No HST: Reep is a registered charity. Kitchener Utilities gas customers pay $490 for the initial evaluation ($50 utility subsidy). The follow-up is $440 if a different organization did your initial evaluation. Homes over 3,000 sq ft add $50–$275.
