The audit question

Audit required

Requires an initial and a follow-up EnerGuide home energy assessment by an NRCan-registered energy advisor, plus at least two eligible upgrades.

Who qualifies

Ontario homeowners completing two or more eligible upgrades. The program sends you a list of service organizations only after you submit a contact form — or you can compare providers openly here.

Worth knowing

The assessment typically costs $500–$900 + HST across both visits, so the $600 rebate covers most of it. The same registered advisor must do the initial and follow-up visits.
