Not one of the seven organizations approved for Ontario's Home Renovation Savings assessment path. Its EnerGuide evaluations are official and still count for planning, financing and other programs, but only assessments from the seven HRSP-approved organizations qualify for the $600 rebate and the assessment-path upgrade rebates.
Kingston-based energy advisor Gabriel Nadeau delivers EnerGuide evaluations through the Green Communities Canada network — and since REAL's advisor retired in April 2026, he's the referral for the Rideau corridor too.
