What does an energy audit cost in Niagara Region?

Typical Ontario prices are about $500–$700 for the initial EnerGuide evaluation and $200–$450 for the follow-up, plus HST where it applies (Windfall Ecology Centre: $500 and $250 plus HST; Reep Green Solutions: $540 and $406, no HST). The Home Renovation Savings Program pays back $600 toward the two assessments once you install at least two recommended upgrades, but only assessments from the seven HRSP-approved organizations qualify (marked “HRSP-approved: Yes” below), and the follow-up has to be done by December 31, 2026. Few providers publish prices; the ones here that do show them on their card.

Which rebates apply in Niagara Region?

Home Renovation Savings (province-wide): $600 toward assessments, up to $7,700 insulation and $100 per window on the assessment path; without an assessment, heat pumps up to $7,500 ($2,000 if gas-heated) and up to $10,000 for solar with a battery.
